The issue has been identified and investigations continuing with our hosting partner. A further update will be provided as/when required.

We have been experiencing issues accessing the platform from approximately 3:55am UTC, this lasted until 4:11am. Since this time no issues have been observed and messages are processing normally.

We are awaiting an update from the data centre and will provide a further update in the next hour unless any further issues are identified.
