Scheduled Maintenance from 2025-02-22 22:00 GMT to 2025-02-23 01:00 GMT

As part of our commitment to enhancing the security and reliability of our services, we will be moving the Voodoo platform from the datacentre to the Microsoft Azure Cloud platform, in Azure’s UK region. Most customers will not need to do anything ahead of this move, but for those that whitelist our IP addresses, some action is required.

The move will require a maintenance window from 22:00 GMT Saturday 22nd February until 01:00 GMT Sunday 23rd February. During this time you will not be able to access our services, and no messages will be sent. Any messages that were scheduled ahead of the maintenance window will be queued and sent after the window has closed.

If you currently whitelist Voodoo’s IP addresses, action will be required by you to update your settings to reflect these changes - please whitelist the IP addresses shown here and additionally 85.210.122.106 for use with webhooks. This update is essential to ensure uninterrupted access to Voodoo and its services.
Note, if you do not currently whitelist our IP addresses, no action is required by you. The Voodoo URLs (web addresses) are remaining the same.
