A fix has been implemented and is now working as expected. Our team is currently monitoring.
We are gradually restoring services over the next 30 minutes, we will update again on here once all services have been restored.
We are continuing to work on the issue with UKFast, a further update will be provided in 30 minutes.
The outage currently being experienced has been caused by an issue within our database cluster. Work is still continuing to resolve this as quickly as possible, a further update will be provided within 30 minutes.

We’re experiencing an elevated level of errors and are currently looking into the issue.
