Scheduled Maintenance from 2022-12-07 02:00 BST to 2022-12-07 03:00 BST

To address growing peak volumes, the emergency maintenance needs to be completed, this will introduce higher throughput firewalls into our platform, this will be completed between 02:00 and 02:30 hrs on the 30th November.

As part of the work to introduce the new hardware, the VOODOO platform may be unavailable for up to 30 minutes whilst network hardware is swapped out. Although our network design is fault tolerant, with the upgrade being made, network traffic can not be migrated between devices as a normal failover would experience.

Any messages scheduled to be sent during the expected outage will be sent as soon as possible when the platform comes back online.
